Abstract Submission Deadline:
The deadline for submission of abstracts is September 16, 2022. Abstracts sent after this date will not be accepted.
Presentation and Registration:
In order for the accepted abstract to be presented at the congress, the researcher who will present the abstract must register for the congress.
All accepted & registered abstracts will be included in the abstract book and will be published on the Turkish Society of Nephrology website. Accepted but unregistered and unsubmitted abstracts will not be included in the Abstract Book. The paper/poster presentation will be printed by yourself with 90 cm heights 70 cm width.
Online Abstract System Procedure:
You can submit your abstracts online at
www.tsnbantao.org Abstracts sent by e-mail, fax and other means will not be accepted. Please register and follow the step one by one and please fill in the fields carefully.
Abstract Submission:
The preferred presentation style of the abstracts should be stated as oral or poster.
The title of the abstract should be written in capital letters and no dot should be placed at the end.
The names of the researchers should be written without using academic titles, the institutions they work in should be stated and the name of the researcher who will present the paper should be underlined.
The abstracts should be written using the subtitles of Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusion.
Undefined expressions such as "results will be presented at the meeting" should not be used. After checking all of the abstracts submitted into the system, the "Submission" process must be completed. Otherwise, the abstract you sent will appear in the system as “Draft”.
After you finalize your abstract, we kindly ask you not to forget the reference number assigned to your abstract by the system and the password you have logged into the system.
Evaluation:
Submitted abstracts will be evaluated over 100 points by the Scientific Committee, keeping the names and institutions of the researchers confidential, and will be accepted as oral or poster presentations according to the results of this evaluation.
The results of the abstracts will be notified via e-mail.
All correspondence related to the abstracts submitted into the system will be done with the person who submitted the abstract into the system.
